We do not normally charge a fee for our services. Instead we receive our remuneration from the lender. We also offer a fee option, typically £995, and we would rebate any procuration fee we receive from the lender to you. Any fee would be payable on completion. In the case of exceptional circumstances where it might be necessary to charge a fee we would discuss and agree this with you in advance prior to application.
